March is Brain Injury Awareness Month

Screen Shot 2016-02-26 at 3.39.25 PMLight up the Heavens for Brain Injury Awareness was started in 2014 as a way to spread awareness for an invisible epidemic that affects so many lives.

Brain injuries can be caused by traumatic brain injuries (TBI) such as accidents, assaults, falls, etc. or by anoxic brain injuries (ABI), such as sudden cardiac arrests, stroke, encephalitis, meningitis, etc.

On March 13, 2016 we will be launching balloons into the sky as our way of celebrating the survivors and honor the taken, as we fight back together, and ALWAYS hold hope!, and ALWAYS hold hope!
